5. Teron's Business Approach

Teron is simultaneously a building technology firm and a design/build contractor. As such, we have undertaken our projects in a variety of roles.

• We have worked directly with local architects and contractors to provide the technology to implement their existing plans.
• We have provided a complete prefinished structural shell for building contractors, ready for final "fit-up".
• We have provided our customers complete design/build "turn-key" projects to their specific requirements.

Where existing designs have been prepared or the design process is in progress we work directly with the architects to provide the design adaptations to incorporate the technology into their designs without compromising either the original building design or the efficiency of the technology.

Where we work in conjunction with local contractors, Teron provides the license to use the technology, all of the special moulds, and the technical assistance for both the casting and on-site construction. The local builder produces the pre-finished building components at a central facility or on the project site.

Our objective is to provide a technology that improves quality, reduces construction time and reduces overall costs.
